GA/t716-2007 test methods for flame propagation and thermal release and smoking characteristics of cable and optical cable under fire conditions. Comply with GA/t716-2007, IEC 60332-3/EN50399 experimental standard.

Equipment structure:

The exhaust outlet of the combustion box is set at the top of the cabinet, which can effectively discharge the exhaust gas evenly, and a number of inlet holes are provided on the bottom to ensure the oxygen content of the tank in the test process.

The front door of the burning box is installed. The door is equipped with a tempered glass window, which can observe the indoor test situation at any time. During the test, the gate is sealed to prevent the harmful material from burning.

Air purification system: this system is divided into sprinkler system, smoke filter device, smoke exhaust device. Sprinkler installation: to provide water spray for special filtration materials to keep the filter material effectively filtering dust. Smoke filter device: filter material by drinking water filter, can effectively filter smoke and smoke to make the smoke white smoke, comply with environmental protection requirements. Can be manually cleaned and replaced and equipped with two sets. Smoke venting device: a fan with high power, and a flow rate that can control the wind.

Air purification system: this system adopts high quality (t=1.2mm)304 non-steel plate, CNC machine tool processing and forming, circular arc shape beautiful and generous, multi-layer design.

Spray lamp: the quality is used in SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion anti-rust. There are 242 diameter 1.32mm pore diameter for fire surface drill, and the center distance of these holes is 3.2 mm, which is divided into three rows, 81, 80 and 81 respectively, which are distributed in the range of the nominal size of 257 x 4.5mm. In addition, a row of holes are opened on both sides of the fire board, which can keep the flame stable and burning.

Convex lens: 40mm in diameter and 50mm in focal length.

Photoelectric detector: it consists of photomultiplier tube, amplifying filter, optical brake, filter, neutral filter, convex lens, optical window, etc.

Photoelectric system processing: photoelectric detector is A photomultiplier, connected with A/D number of templates, and processed by multistage amplification. The machine is equipped with exhaust gas purifying system to control the air flow and purify the waste gas produced by the combustion to the environment.

Chassis adopts double diaphragm structure, among with high temperature insulation cotton, effectively lower the temperature of the test process and wall < 45 °.
